03. Book a cab procedures!
There are two satiuation. Book a cab now or Pre-book a cab
1、Book a cab now (you can choose “book for me” or “book for others”)
Book for me
a. Select city(the system will automatically locate city, and you can choose other cities if you would like to)
b. Select vehicle
c. Input the starting point (the system will automatically fix your location)
d. Input the ending point (if you don’t know how to input, call us for help)
e. Click the“Search”(you can see the total fee which includes the handling service charges)
f. Click the“Book” to enter the payment page.
Book for others
a. Select city(the system will automatically fix the city, and you can choose other cities if you would like to)
b. Select vehicle
c. Input the starting point (the system will automatically fix your location)
d. Input the ending point (if you don’t know how to input, call us for help)
e. Add the information about the person who you help to call a car.
f. Click the“Search”(you can see the total fee which includes the handling service charges)
g. Click the“Book” to enter the payment page.
2、Pre-book a cab(Can choose “Book for me”or“Book for other”)

04. What are the payment methods ?
There are two payment methods available, credit card and paypal.

Back to the login page, click on "Forget password" and then enter the registered email address. And then you can log in your email and open the link to reset the password.
09. How to see your booking details?
Enter the personal center, and click on the order you want to see.
10. How do I know the payment is successful or not ?
11. What should I do if i failed to pay?
Enter the personal center, and click on the order you want to pay. Click the "pay" in blue color.
12. How to find the past bookings?
You can find the order by inputting the key words in the search box.
13. Cancellation policy ?
Cancellation after 5 minutes order received, a cancellation fee of 5 USD will apply.If The driver not arrive the pickup spot, after 25 minutes you can cancel the trip without any cancellation charge
