IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SET FORTH BELOW CAREFULLY, AS IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH CHINACAB ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION. By agreeing to the Terms, you agree that you are required to resolve any claim that you may have against CHINACAB on an individual basis in arbitration, as set forth in this Arbitration Agreement. This will preclude you from bringing any class, collective, or representative action against CHINACAB, and also preclude you from participating in or recovering relief under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against CHINACAB by someone else.
Based on the terms mentioned, you are granted a limited license to:
a. use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services;
b. use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the Services, in each case solely for your personal, noncommercial use.
you need to register a Chinacab account before use. And the name, the email or the phone, the nationality and other information required should be filled completely. And all the information should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
If not, it may result the failure of payment or use the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.
You can receive the message if the car is already arranged. This message includes the name of the driver, the plate number, the driver’s phone number, the meeting point and so on. If any questions about the service, you can call our call center for help. We are ready for you at every time.
You have responsibilities to inform us your accurate location, like street numbers, hotel names, building names, airport terminals ect. if you provide the wrong locations, address, driver may not locate you and cancel the trip. If that occurred,100% cancellation charge will be applied. meanwhile if you provided wrong destination you need pay cash directly to the driver if there have additional costs occurred .
If you couldn't locate your exact Pickup address, you could turn to us for help. You could contact the staff in APP message,The staff will be glad help you get the accurate location.

If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must inform us via the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.
Sometimes Online Making Payment Through Our Websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.
Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc is not held responsible.
Cancellation fees help ensure more efficiency on the chinacab.cn as well as faster pickups for riders. You can cancel a trip at any time before or after you've been matched with a driver.
Cancellation for Instant Bookings
To cancel before you are matched with a driver, there is no cancellation fee.
To cancel after you've been matched with a driver, a cancellation fee will be charged in the following situations:
1. You cancel the trip after the driver information is provided and before the driver arrives, 50% of cancellation charge will be applied.
2. If you cancel at any point after the driver arrives, 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
3. If you are late 5+ mintues to the meeting point, the driver may cancel your hire, however we can find another car for you! You need to wait for more time. If you cancel the trip 50% cancellation charge will be applied.
4. If your mobile phone, text message and messagin in app cannot be connected or taking up too much time to contact you by all means,The driver may released and cancellation charge will be US$ 5.
Once a trip has started, you can end it by notifying your driver that you'd like to be dropped off. The driver will end the trip for you. No refund for the rest trip.
Cancellation for reserved bookings
1. Cancelltion within 12 hours prior to the departure time, 50% will be charged.
2. If you cancel at any point after the driver arrives, there is no refund.
3. If your mobile phone, text message and messagin in app cannot be connected or taking up too much time to contact you by all means, the booking will be cancelled automatically and 50% will be charged.
INCORRECTLY CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE
If you believe you were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee on a trip, request a refund through the email email@example.com.
The Services comprise mobile applications and related services (each, an "Application"), which enable users to arrange and schedule transportation, including with third party providers of such services under agreement with Chinacab or certain of Chinacab’s suppliers，chinese car hailing companies, affiliates or clients, travel agents ("Third Party Providers"). In certain instances the Services may also include an option to receive transportation services for an upfront price, subject to acceptance by the respective Third Party Providers. Unless otherwise agreed by chinacab in a separate written agreement with you, the Services are made available for you to use. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ABILITY TO OBTAIN TRANSPORTATION THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES DOES NOT ESTABLISH MYCHINATXI AS A PROVIDER OF TRANSPORTATION, OR AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER. FOR ANY ACCIDENT MADE BY THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS VECHILES WILL NOT BE CONNECTED TO CHINACAB, BUT CHINACAB WILL HELP TO PROVIDE THE THIRD PARTIES INFORMATION AND CONTACT DETAILS AND HELP TO GET THE INSURANCE COMPENSATIONS FROM SUPPLIERS’ INSURANCE COMPANIES.

How to handle it?

Step2, Driver will call to his insurance company , his working car company or other compaies like DIDI, Shouqi ect to let them come to see the spot and accident.
Step3, Custom going to the hospital and driver (his company) will cover all the cost, then the driver With the accident paper to let insurance pay him.
Step4, If custom can not get money from the driver or insurance company, or he need more compensation (not satisfied with the amount driver and insurance company pay to him) he can sue the driver and insurance company to the court to get more money.
